    Our Culinary Journey

    The Lost Chef - A New Chapter on Wheels

    After many years spent behind the pass in busy professional kitchens, The Lost Chef is my new beginning, a project I built from the ground up, both literally and creatively.

    I designed and fitted the van myself, turning it into a fully functional mobile kitchen where I can finally cook on my own terms. This isn't just a food truck it's a personal journey on wheels. 

    The Lost Chef is about real food, real people and real connection.

    We provide bespoke menus for corporate lunches, office catering, business events and private celebrations. All dishes are cooked fresh on-site and served from our fully equipped food truck.

    Weddings & Special Occasions

    From intimate gatherings to large weddings, we offer tailored Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Mexican and fusion menus to suit every taste.

    Festivals & Street Food Events

    We bring high-quality street food to outdoor events, community gatherings and festivals across Kent and the South East. Our setup is fast, efficient and adapted for high-volume service — ideal for busy festival days.

    Bespoke menus available upon request. Serving Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Kent & surrounding areas.

    Korean BBQ Pulled Pork

    Sweet & spicy gochujang pulled pork, Asian slaw, kimchi cabbage, sesame seeds, brioche bun 

    Londoner Sausage

    Natural wood smoked Londoner sausage, house mustard, crispy onion, pickled cabbage

    Halloumi Burger

    Grilled halloumi, tomato, humus, lettuce, chimichurri sauce 

    Lamb Kofta

    Spiced lamb skewer, tzatziki, cucumber,  pickled chilli, pita bread

    Smashed English Beef Burger

    Double smashed beef, cheddar, grilled onions, coleslaw, gherkins, burger sauce  

    Lime & Chilli Chicken Burger

    Lime & chilli marinated chicken breast, cheddar, coleslaw, gherkins, Sriracha mayonnaise 

    Mixed box

    Londoner sausage, lamb kofta, grilled halloumi, chimichurri sauce, pickled cabbage, mixed salad, pitta bread 

    Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. All dishes are prepared in the kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, and other allergens. Menu items may vary depending on availability and season.
